Where is The Conference Center at Mercer located?
- The Conference Center at Mercer is located on the campus of Mercer County Community College. The physical address is 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor, NJ 08550.
How close are you to a major airport?
- Philadelphia International Airport: 51 miles
- Newark Liberty International Airport: 47 miles
- Trenton-Mercer Airport: 8.8 miles
Do you offer Wifi? Is it free? How can I access it?
- We do offer free Wifi. In order to access it, you would have to choose “MCCC_Guest”. A green screen should pop up, asking you to enter in a valid email address. After that, you have access to the internet for the entire day!
Can I bring my on audio/visual equipment?
- We do allow you to bring your own laptop, however, other outside audio/visual equipment is not allowed.
Is there free parking?
- We do have free parking. Your best bet to park would be in The Conference Center’s parking lot and the West Student Lot.
Is it possible if I can bring my own food/outside catering to The Conference Center?
- We do not allow outside food to be brought into The Conference Center
Can I take my catered food out of The Conference Center?
- Due to safety and sanitation regulations passed down by the NJ Department of Health, food is not allowed to leave The Conference Center.
Someone in my group has a special dietary requirement; what do I do?
- When you contact the Events Manager with your final headcount one week before your event, let them know. Special arrangements will be made to ensure that your guests are accommodated.
How much does it cost to rent meeting space at The Conference Center at Mercer?
- While we do not have a flat rental rate, we can make a quote based on your needs.
How far in advance can I reserve a meeting room?
- As soon as you know that you need to book space, please contact us. For last minute requests, we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs.
What is the maximum capacity?
- The maximum capacity is 250 occupants.
Before I decide to book, can I view the facility?
- You sure can! We encourage all of our guests to view the facility. If you would like to tour the facility, feel free to contact us.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Our cancellation policy is based on a sliding scale. Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to avoid any charges.
Is there a discount for booking multiple events?
- We can offer a discount for booking multiple events.
What are your layout options?
- For our meeting rooms, we offer U-Shape, Theater, Rounds, and Classroom-Style.
